Welcome to Kovu’s Kindred Canines! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and communications. By booking any service, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

Kovu’s Kindred Canines offers dog training, enrichment activities, and related care services. All services will be delivered as described at the time of booking and may vary depending on your dog’s specific needs.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free of contagious conditions at the time of service.

3. Booking & Payment

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit payment or deposit.

4. Behavior and Safety

Kovu’s Kindred Canines reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog poses a safety risk to itself, the trainer, or others.
Clients must disclose any history of aggression, reactivity, or behavioral issues before services begin.

5. Training Disclaimer

Training outcomes vary by dog and owner involvement. While we strive to provide the best guidance possible, we cannot guarantee specific results. Consistency, follow-through, and ongoing participation are essential to success.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

Follow safety instructions provided by the trainer.
Practice training exercises consistently between sessions.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their dog’s behavior and health.

7. Photos and Media

With your permission, photos or videos taken during training may be used for educational or promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by letting us know in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kovu’s Kindred Canines is not liable for:

Injury or illness resulting from undisclosed behavioral or medical conditions.
Damage caused by your dog to property or persons during or outside of training. Clients accept full responsibility for their dog’s actions during all services.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated when necessary.
